My web hosting service was terminated, what can I do?

Posted August 31, 2017

If your web hosting service was terminated due to non-payment or for any other reason, you may request for a backup restoration. Depending on the availability of the backups, your service will be restored and is subject to Php 250 service fee.

If it was terminated due to non-payment of renewal invoice, you will also be charged your renewal fee.

In case that there no longer exists a backup of your website, you may order a new subscription instead.
