Network Issues: Can't access websites and/or cPanel

If you can't access your website or your server's cPanel, it may be possible that you are having DNS issues with your ISP (Internet Service Provider), or your IP address has been blocked in the firewall.

 

Solution #1: Use Google's public DNS

1. Follow tutorial here: https://developers.google.com/speed/public-dns/docs/using

2. Clear your browser's history and cookies

3. Attempt to access your website and cPanel

 

Solution #2: Check firewall 

1. Do a Google search "What is my IP?"

2. Submit a support ticket requesting for firewall block check, along with your IP address
