My website is down, what should I do?

There are a few things you should check to make sure if the server is causing this problem.

1. Visit to check whether the server is really down or it is only you that is experiencing the problem. If the page says that the page is down, then kindly submit a support ticket to report this issue. Otherwise, do the steps below.

2. Clear your browser cookies, history and cache. Clear your DNS cache as well. Then try to visit your site with other browsers. 

3. If step 2 didn't work, send an email to to check if your IP is being blocked by the server.
