Refunds are only permitted for:

  • Invoices paid through Paypal (including Credit Card), BPI mobile app transfer or BDO online banking in order to secure that the refund will be sent to their source banking or Paypal accounts.
  • Hosting accounts with no violations or abuse records
  • Refunds are for Web Hosting services only, other services including domains and gateway fees are final and non-refundable
  • 7 days after order activation only, please submit a support ticket to request for a refund.

In case of dispute, provisions in Terms of Service shall be followed.
