Posted December 1, 2015

Before you submit an order for a domain name transfer, please check if your domain name meets the following conditions:

1. Your domain name must be registered for more than 60 days already.

2. Your domain name must have at least 14 days before it expires.

3. You can provide your EPP or Authorization code of your domain name. Ask your registrar about it.

4. The email in your WHOIS information must be yours and is currently active and working.

To begin the transfer, do the following first:

1. Disable domain lock.

2. Disable WHOIS or ID protection of your domain name.

Domain transfers will take up to 7 days to complete. You are not allowed to modify your domain records within this period.

Hanep Hosting do not offer .ph and .com.ph transfers.
