How to create a Spam folder?

A Spam folder will contain all emails that the system have detected as junk mail like unsolicited and bulk commercial emails.

Before creating a spam folder, make sure that you have created an email address first.


To get stared, follow these steps.

1. Logon to your cPanel account.

2. Click on Apache SpamAssassin icon.

3. Under Filters, press Disable Auto-Delete Spam. This will allow you to review emails that were falsely marked as spam.

4. Under Spam Box, press Enable Spam Box.


All spam emails will then go to a folder named "spam".
