How to backup my files?

Posted December 1, 2015

Your cPanel allows you to generate backup of your website including individual backups for your files, databases and email filters. Since cPanel doesn't allow restorations of full cPanel backups yet, this tutorial will show you how to backup individual components of your website.

To get started, follow these steps:

1. Logon to your cPanel account.

2. Click the Backup Wizard icon.

3. At the right side column under "Select Partial Backups", choose from Home Directory and MySQL Databases by pressing their respective buttons.

4. At the "Final Step" page, press the download button.
